Shipping policy

We deliver flowers across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM. Deliveries are made between 10 AM – 8 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we try to accommodate requests.

If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure place. A photo confirmation will be sent.
