Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We provide same-day flower delivery in NYC for orders placed before 4 PM. Orders placed after that time will be delivered the next day.


Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and select ZIP codes in the Bronx. Delivery fees vary based on location. Check availability at checkout or contact us directly.


Can I schedule delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes — during checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and a time window for delivery. This is perfect for birthdays, events, and special occasions.


Do you offer in-store pickup?

Absolutely. You can choose free in-store pickup from our Manhattan flower shop at:

What payment methods do you accept?

What if the recipient isn’t home?

If the recipient is unavailable, we’ll attempt to contact them. If that fails, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe spot or contact you to arrange redelivery.


Can I include a personalized gift message?

Yes! Every order can include a free handwritten card. Just type your message during checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.


What’s your cancellation and return policy?

You may cancel your order up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns after delivery. However, we offer a 3-day freshness guarantee — full details are available on our Guarantee page.
